Start of Summer

 Micah and Hannah had their end-of-season banquet for track. Hannah was happily surprised that she earned her varsity letter. Micah also lettered (not a surprise) and was recognized for all he has contributed to the team. The team had an astounding twelve state qualifiers. Awesome Ally blew everyone away with three podium finishes at states, including winning the 800m! 

Our days have also included...

- lots of graduation parties

- babysitting Kensleigh

- taking Hannah and her friends (and sometimes Sadie) to various locations for running and lifting

- mini golf and ice cream

- disc golf 

We almost always go to Wingfoot Park for discing, which is where the blimp hangar is.

- volunteering at Camp Carl

I got to be a van driver!

- Hannah had her first paid babysitting job

Micah and Hannah left for Mexico early Saturday morning. Matthew and I went boating with Oysters while Scott prepared for preaching the next day. (Link to Scott's sermon) Matthew and McKinley are a lot of fun - they wrestle like siblings, have goofy conversations, and are always up for shenanigans (including letting Matthew drive the golf cart, playing with the dog in the middle of the lake, and trying to stand on the tube while in motion). 

There have also been basketball and football activities for Matthew, a doctor's visit, cookout, pool time, college prep, work, and much more! This summer is a fun one!
